He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Robert MacAdam; and his nephews, Hunter and Owen Costello. He is survived by: his mother Amanda Sudyk (Mike); his sister Nicola Noble (Donny); his nephew Daniel; his sister Catherine Costello (Kenny); his nephews, Benjamin and Theodore; his sister Lisa (late Chris); his nieces, Kelsey and Cassidy; his brother Darren; his grandparents, Ken and Ann Jessop of England; his girlfriend Katrina; and his pet Ollie. He is also survived by his many family members and friends.
