He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Culbert; and his brothers-in-law, Harry Kerr and Gerald Kerr. He is survived by: his children, Stacey Culbert of Woodstock, Cindy and Bruce Siertsema of Goderich; his siblings, Norman and Elaine Culbert of Goderich; his siblings-in-law, Ron Kerr, Susan White, Arnold, Norene Kerr, Jane Kerr and Donna Longman; and his close friend Lynda McNee.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Alexandra Marine and General Hospital Foundation - Dialysis Unit would be greatly appreciated.
