It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Amy Duckworth (Goderich, Ontario), who passed away on May 20, 2021, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Mike; her son Jacob; her parents, George Sutton and Diane Sutton; her mother-in-law Joanne Duckworth; her brother Christopher Sutton (Colleen) of Ottawa; her brother-in-law Jason Duckworth (Tanya) of Goderich; her nephew Chace Duckworth (Megan); and her nieces, Cassie and Arie Sutton. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Due to the pandemic, internment will take place at a later date.
