He was predeceased by: his father Leo Bouchard; his brothers, Guy and Billy Bouchard; and his grandparents, Jimmy, Frances Abraham, Anthony and Josephine Bouchard.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Bouchard; his children, Abigail, Jordan, Luke, Andrew and Alice; his mother Jocelyn Bananish; his siblings, Mark (Chelsey) and Leanne (Jesse); his niece Brandy; and his nephews, Jamie, Jonah (Theo), Shane, Ty, Nolan, Jimmy, Gerrard and Tanner.
