He is survived by: his wife Marjory; his sons, Michael (Gloria Mauchan) and Philip (Lana Decosimo); his grandchildren, Quinton, Harrison, Jack, Isabelle, Joshua, Madelyn, Adele, Mackenzie and Julianna; and his siblings, Johnny (Carmen) and Catherine. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.

Memorial contributions in Tom's memory may be directed to the Bethell Hospice of Inglewood.
