She was predeceased by: her significant other Ralph Van Der Meulen; and her son Herman Van Der Meulen. She is survived by: her children, Wilmalene, Frances, Yvonne, Karl and Ralph-Wayne. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to The War Amps or Georgetown Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary would be appreciated.
