She was predeceased by: her husband William Weiler; her parents, John Hocking and Mary Hocking; her granddaughter Brittany Emberlin; her brothers-in-law, Art Smale and Ross Miller; her siblings, Agnes Miller and James Hocking; and her niece Marg Bertens.

She is survived by: her children, Brent Brooks (Mary), Owen Brooks (Lynn) and Krista Emberlin; her grandchildren, William, Matthew, Ryan Brooks, Kelly Emberlin, David, Jonathan, Jeremy and Peter Brooks; and her sister Esther Smale.

Close family will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 for a private ceremony in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
