He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Harlow and Peggy Harlow; and his siblings, Terry, Tim and Carol.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa (Jason) and Mark; his grandchildren, Courtney, Darrin, Emily, Harley, Zach, Cody and Aaliyah; and his sister Debbie Anderson.
