He was predeceased by: his siblings, Terry, Jan and Ross. He is survived by: his children, Ben and Mandi (Derek); his grandchildren, Aleesha (Andrew), Amber (Kody) and Abigal (Andrew); and his brother Kim. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
