In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Mike had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Mike may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Pickup and Betty Pickup; and his sister Anne Cillis. He is survived by: his wife Vicky; his children, Wendy Miskie (Don) of Saskatchewan and Julie McLean (John) of Dobbinton; and his stepdaughters, Teri-Lyn Campbell (John) and Tracy Jackman (Mike). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many close friends.
