She was predeceased by: her husband Clarke Gibson (Gibson Welding); her grandson Nicholas; and her brothers, William, Keith, Ivan and Robert Huffman.

She is survived by: her children, Wayne (Judy), Deborah (Brian), Kim (Catherine) and Robin (Patrick); her grandchildren, April (Jonathan), Kristy, David, Madeline (Teesin), Kelly (Colin), Michelle (Zolton), Sarah, Robert, Faye (Scott), Duncan, Brilee, Mikayla and Jordan; and her great grandchildren, Barrett and Charlotte.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Ontario through the Jones Funeral Home website.
