Katica Babic Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2025, Katica Babic (Georgetown, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ankica, Marica, Jure and Barka. She is survived by: her spouse Slavko; her children, Elvira Miletic and Damir "Danny" Babic (Jadranka); her grandchildren, Mark, Amanda, Matthew, Lukas and Kalyna (Fabio); her great grandchild Milia; and her extended family Hrvatska.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (11582 Trafalgar Rd, Georgetown, ON L7G4Y5). A prayer was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (14400 Argyll Rd, Georgetown, ON L7G5S6). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at the Greenwood Cemetery (100 King St, Georgetown, ON L7G2G7).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Kathy's memory.
