She is survived by: her parents, Heather Stewart and Greg Stewart; her sibling Geoff; her grandparents, Eleanor, Murdoch Robertson, Joy Stewart (Brian Harper) and Bev Stewart (late Hugh); and her aunts and uncles, Cathy Alfano (Mike), Karen Stewart (Ray), John Robertson (Carolyn), James Robertson (Laurie), Phil Brooks (Odessa) and Chris Brooks.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Sickkids Kathryn's Krop 4a Kure https://fundraise.sickkidsfoundation.com or CASHH https://cancerassistance.org would be greatly appreciated by Kathryn's family.
