He was predeceased by: his spouse Rosanne MacKenzie; and his siblings, Eben and Cathy. He is survived by: his children, Cathy (Michael), Kelly (Colin), John (Lorraine) and Eileen (Jack); his grandchildren, Scott, Megan, Mackenzie, Jack, Mitchell, Catherine, Kaleigh, John and Samantha; his siblings, Eileen, Ricky, Gordon and John Glass; and his friend Masonic. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
