He was predeceased by: his son Victor; and his brother Willem. He is survived by: his children, Bet, Jackie (Martin), Liz (Bill), Ron (Karen), Paul (Ellen) and William (Elizabeth). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
