She was predeceased by: her husband Jackson Reed; her children, Alan (Sandra) of Sea View, PEI and Laurie (Ken); her grandchildren, Greg, Emily, Jenna, Maggie, Kate and Blaise; and also Wendell Murray.

She is survived by: her sister Louise Lowther (Webb); her brother-in-law Harry Lowther of New Glasgow, PEI; her siblings, Ernie, Glen and Gwen; and her cousins, David MacFarlane (Jackie) and Beth Murray. She is also survived by friends, sisters-in-law, first cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Andrews United Church (89 Mountainview Rd S, Georgetown, ON L7G4T9). A memorial service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the same location.
