Ida Kovacs Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ida Kovacs in Georgetown, Ontario, who passed away on May 16, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Maria; her husband Joe; her siblings, Lajos and Kati; and her brother-in-law Ted.

She is survived by: her son Louis; her grandchildren, Alex, Joseph (Isabella) and Nicole; her great grandchildren, Emma, Christian and Eliyanah; her siblings-in-law, Baba Toth and Mary Ellen Kovacs; her nieces and nephews, Andy, Eddy Hild, Jason Kovacs and Kris Kovacs (Melissa); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cameron, Jackson and Luca. She is also survived by her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be directed to Forests Ontario 50 Million Tree Program in Ida's memory.
