He was predeceased by: his siblings, Emy and Chris. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Miriam (Ian), Margaret (Jeffrey), Michael (Anita) and Monique (Dana); his grandchildren, Christopher, Taylor, Ryan and Andrew; and his siblings, Marja and Else.
Due to Covid-19, a celebration of Hendrick's life will take place at a later date.
