She was predeceased by: her husband Cyril Metler; and her brother-in-law Ed Forteski. She is survived by: her children, David (Mary-Lou), Brian Metler (Sue Trowell) and Karen Phair (Jeff); her grandchildren, Josh, Evan, Kyle, Brandon and Trevor; and her siblings, Jennette Forteski, Evelyn Merkis and Ann Spink (Ernie).
