He is survived by: his child Holland; his spouse Mieke; his children, Sylvia Turner (Larry), Sharon Lohnes (Bob), Scott Schoffelmeer (Melanie) and Stephanie Mason (James); and his grandchild Opi. He is also survived by his 4 children, 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
