It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gus Elliott in Georgetown, Ontario, who passed away on November 25, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Gus Elliott to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Elliott (Littlejohn) and George Campbell Elliott; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Mara (Detwiler), Caroline Mara (Wart) and Jim Mara.
He is survived by: his spouse Peg; his son Andrew (Annie); his grandchildren, Chace and Billie Rose Elliott; his sister Grace (Ken); his nephew David; his siblings-in-law, Bill Mara (Diana), Peter Mara, Gertrude Jones (Bob), John Mara, Wanda Mara, Mary Moran (Lyle), Tom Mara (Tina), Betty Mears (Dave), Christine Foster (Orland) and Kathy Vesterfelt (John); and his former wife Peggy Mara. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
A private memorial service will be held at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905) 877-3631 on Friday December 4th, 2020 at 3 p. m. (Covid-19 protocols in effect).
