He was predeceased by: his daughter Jane Ann Arce Aggiss (Raul); his parents, Freeman Maitland and Agnes Ruth Aggiss; and his brother William "Bill" (Mary). He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Ruth Marya Aggiss, Katherine Elizabeth Aggiss Wilson (Craig) and Sara Joan Aggiss (Leonard); his grandchildren, Chase, Blake (Sarah), Erica (Eric), Mia Rose (Mike), Shelby (Mory), Keenan, Calvin and Jacob; and his niece Cathy.
