He was predeceased by: his siblings, Morris Kostiuk, Mike Wowchuk, Paul Wowchuk and Toni. He is survived by: his brother Michael Kostiuk; his sister-in-law Edith Kostiuk; his nieces and nephews, Gregory Wowchuk, Michael Beynon, Dianne Beynon, Andy Kostiuk, Alan Kostiuk (Sue), Teresa Dicks and Peter Kostiuk (Patricia); and his friends, Karen, Ken Stringer, Marlene and Mary Vivian. He is also survived by 16 great nieces and nephews and 17 great great nieces and nephews.
