He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his daughter Susan (Frank); his pet Denver; his siblings, Linda and Roy (Jan); his brother-in-law Gord Laird (Gail); and his friend Bob Matthews. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid restrictions, a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
