She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Don; her children, Tony (Jennifer) and Angela; her grandchildren, Zoe and Maija; and her siblings, Ken (Laura) and Ton (Marta). She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
During and after her teaching career she volunteered with numerous organizations and donated her time and energy.
