He is survived by: his wife Linda Cullingham; his children, Cheryl Bond (Kevin) and Kevin Cullingham (Susie); his grandchildren, Caiden, Cassie, Connor and Logan; and his brothers, Gary, Glen and Wayne. He is also survived by his extended family and many dear friends.
As an expression of sympathy, and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or The Kidney Foundation of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
