He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelis and Jacoba; and his sister Marianne De Jong. He is survived by: his brother Rudy; his nieces and nephews, Liz and Casey; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aiden of Autumn, A. J and Gabby.
