She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David Bennett; her children, Heidi Zekl (Tony) and Joshua Bennett (Bobbi-Jo); her parent Pat Waskalik; her brothers, John Smith (Stacey) and Michael Waskalik (Clare); her nieces and nephews, J'aimee, Ethan, Malachi, Lyrica, Riven, Willow and Jak; her grandchildren, Austin, Ashlyn, Abagale, Vayda, Morgan (Robert), Brianna and Zachary; her great grandchildren, Mila and Rye; and her friends, Wanda Grant, Sue Moir and Carrie Lee Jones.
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Church (14400 Argyll Rd, Georgetown, ON L7G5S6). A reception was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the same location.
