It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill McKeown (Georgetown, Ontario), who passed away on February 16, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bill McKeown to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph McKeown and Eleanor McKeown; and his sister Joanne. He is survived by: his wife Janet (Jan); his children, Rychard (Alysha) and Lee (Denton); his sister Donna (Steve); and his brother-in-law Finn.

“I was named after Bill's father, and Bill was named after mine. The story, as I remember, is that Ralph and Bill made a pact before WW2 to name a son after each other if they survived. I have many fond memories of visits to the McKeown farm. Sadly, I lost this connection when I moved west in the early 1970's. My condolences to Bill's family, and greetings to the rest of the McKeown clan.”
