He was predeceased by: his parents, Luitjen Kok and Dina Kok; and his siblings, Fanny Huizinga (Hank), Ann Lenting (Wes) and Hendrik Kok (Grace).
He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his children, Richard (Julie) and Allison (Jason); his grandchildren, Olivia, Catherine, William, Alice, Rebecca and Charlotte; and his siblings, Wilhemina van Daalen (Peter), Edward Cook (Elaine) and Richard Cook (Winnie).
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a limited number of people are permitted to be in the funeral home at a time.
In lieu of flowers donations to Knox Presbyterian Church, Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
