He was predeceased by: his wife Yolande Lulham (Laplante); his parents, George Lulham and Lilian Lulham; and his siblings, Bob, Don, Norman, Ross, Jean and Barbara Lulham.

He is survived by: his siblings, George C. Lulham and Lilian Lulham (Harris); his sisters-in-law, June Joyce and Pat Lulham; and his close friends, Grant and Jean Leonard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children.
