He is survived by: his spouse Henny Flikkema; his sons, James (Charlene), Randy (Kornelia) and Paul (Maria); his grandchildren, Julian (Amy), Nadine, Hailey (Jonah), Blake, Reka, Vienna, Emese, Isabella, Ariana and Hannah; and his siblings, John (late Jane), Diane (Gerrit), Joanne, Bill (Betty), Mike (Anne), Greta (Frank), Francis and Rick (Joanne).
