She was predeceased by: her former husband Denis McCartney; her husband Tom Van Alphen; her stepchildren, Ellen and Ed; and her grandson Joshua Warner.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy; her grandchildren, Jamie, Nicole, Kristy, Eric and Deanne; her great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Addison, Kaden, Logan, Owen, Hayley and June; and her aunt Ellen. She is also survived by her many friends and relatives.
Due to Covid restrictions, a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
