He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his child Brooklynne Marie; his parents-in-law, Judy and Paul Crawford; and his siblings, Jeremy Hart (Heather), Amber Ahearn (Mark), Aaron Moser (Lisa), David Hart and Tim Hart. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews and many many friends.
