He is survived by: his son Connor; and his brothers, David and John.

He was predeceased by his father Joseph, his mother Kataryna and brother Jerry A casual gathering of friends will be held on November 23, 2018 at 1 p.m. in the Simple Wishes chapel, 1106 Kingsway, Sudbury, Ontario Memorial donations may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation, Northeastern Cancer Centre or to the charity of the donor's choice.
