She was predeceased by: her spouse Milton Kelsey; her child Evangeline McCready-Meyer; her sibling Donald Webster; and her parent Ford Webster. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Kelsey (Linda) and Diane Hall (Ralph) of Lansdowne; her siblings, Betty Perry, Keith Webster and Gwen Reed; and her parent Vera Webster (Fair). She is also survived by five grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
