He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Hancock and Marion K. Hancock (Armstrong); and his brother Dennis Hancock. He is survived by: his girlfriend Carolyn Phillips; his close friend Ozzy; his daughter Kim Haird; his brothers, Allan Hancock (Peggy) and Tim Hancock (Julie); his sister-in-law Sharon Hancock; his friends, Billy, Craig, Lisa and Chelsea; and his fishing buddy Ricky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the Gananoque & District Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
