She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Deir and Clare Deir; and her brother Robbie. She is survived by: her spouse Chris Yates; her children, Mark (Miranda), Sarah (Nick) and Patrick (Julie); and her siblings, John Deir (Carole) and Kathy Johnston (John).
In lieu of flowers donations made to the UHKF Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
