He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his mother Carol Lewis; his stepmother Joyce Lewis; his stepchildren, Jason Cooper (Stacey) and Tanya Cooper (Bill); his grandchildren, Tyler, Jenna, Bryce and Layne; and his friend Rosalyn Bartley.
All Covid-19 protocols will be in place.
