He was predeceased by: his parents, Kate O'Connell (Kit) and Jim O'Connell; and his sister Helen (John). He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his son Dan (Cassandra); his grandson Leland; and his siblings, Mary (Rob), Kathleen (Terry) and Kevin (Mel). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

COVID protocols will be in effect and mask wearing is mandatory.
