He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stewart Seabrooke and Wilma Seabrooke; his sister Marie Poldervaart (John); his nephew Scott Poldervaart (Sue); his niece Tina Poldervaart-Leakey (Shawn); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Thomas, Matthew, Kaiden, Jory and Samuel.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Gananoque Humane Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
