He was predeceased by: his daughters, Sheryl Gardner, Carolyn Gardner and Suzanne Fair; and his sister Joan Brown. He is survived by: his wife Sally Gardner (Sutcliffe); and his grandchildren, Jamie, Jennifer Allyson and Sophie.
