He was predeceased by: his son David Petch; and his siblings, Tom Petch and Carol Thorburn. He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Lynn Chalk (Barry) and Scott Petch; his daughter-in-law Sharon Petch; his grandchildren, Christina, Andy, Harry, Katie, Jennifer, Stewart and Katrina; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Alex, Priya, Ace, Abram, Waylon and Little Gloria. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
