Daniel Thomas Graham Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Thomas Graham (Gananoque, Ontario), who passed away on February 17, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Weston (Kelli), Landon (Kay) and Noah Graham; his mother Rose Graham; his brother John Graham (Julie); the mother of his children Sheena Graham; his father Bill; and his siblings, Glenn and Sue. He was also cherished by his nephews and a large circle of relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Brockville General Hospital Palliative Care would be appreciated.
