It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Connie Painter (Gananoque, Ontario), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on June 25, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mills and Margaret Mills (Tompkins) of Gananoque; her husband Edward Charles Painter (Charlie); and her siblings, Norma Landry (Bill), Donald (Peggy), Colin, John (Emily) and Bruce (Jo).

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Emily; her stepchildren, Carolyn Austin, Stephen Painter and Christine Bebenek; and her nieces and nephews, Jeannette Burr, Pamela Calver, Beverly Mills, Barry Mills, Ron Landry and John Mills. She is also survived by her step-grandchildren and great nieces, great nephews, and many cousins.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, family interment will take place at Gananoque Cemetery at a later date.
