He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Margaret (Bunke); his siblings, Jim and Marlene Broser; and his son Jim.

He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Card (Clive) and Yvonne Scott (Michael); his daughter-in-law Maria Buttrey; his grandchildren, Liam (Kelda), Breanne (Andrew), Austin (Maljorie), Ella (Nate) and Grayland; and his great grandchildren, Elodie, Esmé, Ryker, Arya and Aidan. He is also survived by Uncle.
