He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Towle and Verna Towle (Kleinfeldt). He is survived by: his children, Louise Jones (Roy), Janice Leslie (John), Steven (Cheryl), Harry Jr. (Cathy), Clare (Shawna), Michelle Watson (Chris) and Denise (Todd); and his siblings, Marlene Towle, Marvis Allen and Glenn Towle. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
