She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Coombes; her siblings, Ronnie Hynes (Karen) and Phyllis Eadie (Mel); and her parents, Maurice Hynes and Emma Hynes.

She is survived by: her son Steve; her child-in-law Alyson Lockwood; and her pets, Paisley, Millie and Charles.

In memory of Norma, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Peterborough Humane Society.
