He is survived by: his wife Kim Donnelly; his daughters, Nicole Donnelly and Michelle Bucholtz; his son-in-law Eric; his grandchildren, Nolan Donnelly, Peyton Bucholtz, Ryker Donnelly, Maddox Donnelly and Brody Bucholtz; his mother Patricia Donnelly; his siblings, Leon Donnelly (late Lori), Perry Donnelly (Tammy), Julie Donnelly (Barry) and Terry Donnelly; and his nieces and nephews, Brittany, Nick, Maggie, Sean Donnelly, Robert and Ryan Conley.
