Cecile (White) Horn Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecile (White) Horn of Frankford, Ontario, who passed away on December 15, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil White and Martha White of Bancroft. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Strome of Waterloo; her grandchild Kyle; her pet Diego; her sister Helen Chard (late Bud) of Trenton; her nieces, Lisa Allen (Ken) and Jennifer Frizzell (Galen); her nephew Andrew Chard; and her friend Barry Turner of Trenton.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Humane Society or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
